XORMAD is a problem solver, and does research into solving problems. We use Servant Leadership and Participatory management as well as Stewardship, and Diversity Teamwork and other advanced business management techniques to stay ahead of companies that use Classical management that has ruined economies, cost millions of jobs, had poor quality control, and does more harm than good. XORMAD does not use Classical management, and is a positive force of good putting people, the environment, and customer satistfaction over profits.

XORMAD knows that customer satisfaction is important and that a company has more than just the customers who buy the product and/or service which would not always be the same as the customer that uses it or benefits from it, we also serve the government, the environment, society, culture, and even those who do not even use our products and/or services. XORMAD wants to be a positive force of good with goodwill.

XORMAD is not like most companies and does not follow negative reenforcement or Classic Management, but instead follows 21st century business management and beyond. Learning new styles of business management every once in a while is what XORMAD does.
