XORMAD is a computer and business consulting organization that is soon to be founded by Norman King and family and friends. Norman has worked for FORTUNE 500 companies and small businesses and ran two small businesses of his own with friends. Norman has an Associates in Data Processing with a programming option, and a Bachelors of Science in Business Management. This allows Norman and XORMAD to manage computer and business consulting with over 25 years of experience just from Norman.

XORMAD is a problem solver, and does research into solving problems. We use
Servant Leadership and Participatory management  as well as Stewardship, and Diversity Teamwork and other advanced business management techniques to stay ahead of companies using Classical management that has ruined economies, cost millions of jobs, had poor quality control, and does more harm than good.

XORMAD knows that customer satisfaction is important and that a company has more than just the customers who buy the product and/or service which would not always be the same as the customer that uses it or benefits from it, we also serve the government, the environment, society, culture, and even those who do not even use our products and/or services. XORMAD wants to be a positive force of good with goodwill.

XORMAD has project ideas that will be revealed later.

XORMAD is currently researching alternative operating systems to Microsoft Windows, but is currently researching Microsoft Virtual Server for Teleque, a California company. More details later, as XORMAD plans to partner up with some other small businesses like Kasal Vending, Teleque, etc.

Pirate though, XORMAD takes from the classic pirates and makes a modern
pirate that does not break the law, but shares the profits with employees, and
gives back to the community, and does great quality control in products and
services.

Nerd smart, XORMAD doesn't care if it hires "Nerds" for the job, as we know
Nerds are smart and able to think outside of the box for revolutionary,
extreme, or innovative technology and business projects.

Business savvy, XORMAD knows how business works. If the customer is not happy, the business will not have repeat business and eventually suffer a loss in profits.

We know how to keep customers happy, and ways to cut expenses without downsizing jobs. Offer sabbaticals and part-time work to employees instead of laying them off and do cost accounting to find out which products and/or services cost more in expenses to support than the income they bring in and either phase them out or increase the quality so support costs will not be as high as before.
